Of course! This is YOUR vacation too. Although we are requesting no children at our wedding, you are more than welcome to travel with whomever you'd like to make accommodations for your children. If you do choose to bring more family with you, please let us know prior to booking a room in our room block for them as our room block is first come first serve for our wedding guests. We would be more than happy to help you with accommodations though!
The dress code is beach formal! What does that look like? A pretty mid/full length dress, nice linen slacks and a linen shirt, a bright color skirt with a beautiful blouse, dress pants and a dress shirt. Light and airy is key! The entire wedding will be outdoors. Remember, it's still a wedding! We just ask our guest to not wear shorts or tank tops (for the men). You're more than welcome to bring some shorts for later on when you're partying!
There is a RSVP tab at the top of the page. Your room deposit will act as your final RSVP. We have close contact with our travel agent and she will make us aware when you book your room. The deadline for RSVP's and final payment is no later than March 5, 2026.
Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms through out the resort. We did our best to ensure that we have a variety of room options for you to choose from, but booking early will help! As the saying goes.. First come, first served. Please visit our booking website under the Travel tab to view the room options and directions on how to secure a room.
Transportation is set up to transport all guests to the wedding. Pick up will be in the lobby at 3:30pm. They will also transport you back to the resort at 11pm. Please plan accordingly.
When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
There is a three night minimum, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you'd like! Please let Raylene, our Travel Agent, know how long you plan to stay.
Yes, a passport is required to travel to the Dominican Republic. Please make sure it us up to date and will not expire 6 months prior to your Dominican Republic trip. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, we recommend doing so ASAP.
Yes! We recommend bringing small bills ($1's) to tip bartenders and servers if you are experiencing good service. Tipping is not mandatory, however, it is very appreciated and staff tends to be more attentive to you! Tipping at an all inclusive is not at all like tipping in America, so no need to ensure you're giving 20%. A few dollars here and there goes a long way!
We would love more than anything for all of our family and friends to be at the same resort with us, but if you choose to stay elsewhere, please just let us know. You will be required to pay a daily fee if you choose to visit our resort for a day or two.
We do, but your presence is our present! You are spending plenty of money to celebrate our dream wedding day with us, so please don't feel obligated to give us a gift! If you insist, there will be a card box at the reception and our Amazon registry and Honeymoon Fund are linked under the Registry tab.
As we know this is a large expense, we tried to give everyone enough notice to make appropriate accommodations that works best for them. To secure a room, there is a $200 deposit requirement. You do not have to pay for everything up front. You can set up a payment plan for yourself or speak to our travel agent, Raylene, for other suggestions. All booking and payments must be completed by March 5, 2026. If you have any further questions, please reach out to Raylene at 702-744-7749.
Well, yes! Make sure you pack your wedding outfit;) In addition, we’re going to make the night we go to Coco Bongo a WHITE NIGHT! The resort also has a white night on Mondays shall you still be there.
