AM I ABLE TO BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

While we adore your children, and love all the little ones in our lives, this is an adult-only celebration. Please make it a date night. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. Guests may arrive at the venue up to 15 minutes early to get settled before the proceedings.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there’s no dress code, we do ask our guests wear formal or black tie (optional) attire. For men, we kindly request you wear a suit and tie if you do not wish to wear a tuxedo. For women, we kindly request a floor-length gown or mid-length cocktail dress. We ask you to please refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride, this includes shades of white and olive green. Weather permitting the ceremony will take place outdoors. This area is broken seashell and grass, please plan your shoe wear accordingly!

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

As long as the sun is shining, the ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor spacing, and the reception will take place in doors. We will be right on the water with a beautiful breeze so please bring a sweater if you would like!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will be utilizing transportation to and from the Hampton Inn, Middletown RI. Otherwise, everything around and within Newport is very walkable and Uber friendly! If you are staying at a different hotel we ask that you either Uber or drive to the venue as there is plenty of parking. We will have a shuttle bringing us downtown afterwards to continue the party!

Answer

Please feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom if you have any questions about the wedding weekend. This can include directions, RSVPing, lodging/hotel accommodations, dress requirements, etc. Please don't hesitate to reach out!
