We are getting married!

Jean and I met right before the Covid pandemic. Jean will tell you that I played hard to get, but due to Covid, we communicated only online and via text. As luck would have it Jean moved back to Florida while I remained in Kentucky. We eventually lost connection, however, through Jean’s efforts we reconnected. Since that day, we haven’t missed a day of talking to each other. Jean surprised me with a visit to Kentucky, and then months later I visited him in Florida for his birthday. We both soon realized that this was something worth having. Jean eventually decided to move back to Kentucky. We took this time together to grow in our relationship. On February 12th, 2023 (Super Bowl Sunday) Jean managed to gather my family and his family at his parent’s house in Florida where he asked me to be his wife. I said yes of course! We look forward in celebrating our upcoming marriage and union of families and cultures with everyone! #LaurentAtLast
