What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. Please no white. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin promptly, and late arrivals will not be able to enter once it has started. We so appreciate you planning ahead so you can be there for every moment.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not bring a guest unless a plus one is specifically listed on your invitation. This helps us keep our day intimate and intentional. Thank you so much for understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged. Please silence and put away phones and cameras so you can be fully present with us.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is available at Schaeffer’s Canal House. We recommend arriving early to allow time to park and settle in before festivities begin.
