Is there a ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we are having a small, private ceremony earlier in the day with our immediate family. But we can't wait to celebrate with all of you at the reception, where the festivities really kick off! Your presence at the reception is what makes the day complete, and we’re excited to share this special occasion with you.

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?
Answer
We hope you’ll take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and turn our wedding weekend into a mini vacation! For a memorable stay, we highly recommend considering Airbnb or similar vacation rental options. There are a few hotel options on the travel tab. We encourage you to book early to secure the best options for your stay.

What is the dress code for the reception?
Answer
We're celebrating at a brewery so think "a little dressed up, but still down to party." Dresses, jumpsuits, nice jeans or slacks with a button down or fun top. If you'd wear it to date night, you're on the right track

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Is there a welcome event?
Answer
There is a smaller event, mostly for family, on Friday evening. If you received a corresponding invite, we'd love to see you. If you did not, tough luck ... joking, you probably just live in Bend and managed to overstay your welcome at Mike Cappy's house about 15 years ago. Looking at you, Aidan!

What time should I arrive for the reception?
Answer
Since the event only consists of reception, there is no strict start time. We will be arriving at 5PM Saturday, July 12th, but feel free to roll in at your convenience!

Where do I park?
Answer
The event is located in a "busy" downtown area, which may make it difficult to find parking. If you are staying in a central location, then we would advise walking through beautiful Drake park or taking a quick uber. Paid parking via Centennial Parking Plaza is always an option, located on NW Lava Rd, about four blocks from the venue. Please keep in mind that most free parking in the downtown area has a two hour limit.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Sort of. Drinks are on us til you kill the tab. This isn't a race but also don't underestimate your peers. Act accordingly.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The reception is outdoors - our party will be split between a covered deck and lawn area, with picnic tables available in both sections. Bathrooms are located inside the brewery.

siiiii. Velvet Lounge located at 805 NW Wall St. from 10pm-1am. Walking distance from Bend Brewing. 21 and up only!
