Both airports offer ride sharing to and from the airport. Rental cars, although not necessary, can be accommodated. If in doubt, please reach out to Lauren for further information.
If you are booking airfare, please keep in mind that O’Hare International Airport is a United Airlines Hub. If you are looking to fly Southwest Airlines, please book at Midway International Airport as Midway is Southwest’s hub. There is only one SW terminal at O’Hare so flights are not as consistent as Midway. O’Hare is northeast of Chicago and Midway is southeast of Chicago. They are roughly 30 miles apart and O’Hare has a train accessible to the city, Midway does not. Both are an easy Uber to the city.
Parking will be available in a covered garage, next to the venue for a discounted $10.00 rate for the event. 33 W. Ontario St. Chicago, IL. Overnight parking is available if need be.
Please keep in mind that during this weekend, Chicago holds its annual Lollapalooza Music Fest. This is one of the largest music festivals in the world, so the city will be more crowded than usual. Hotel prices, outside of the Embassy Suites River North, may be higher than usual due to this event.
