If your invitation says "and guest" then we would love for you to bring a plus one!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, our space is limited. However, if your invitations says "and family", then children are welcome.

Question

Will a shuttle be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

The hotel does not provide a shuttle to Adelphia's Restaurant.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or food allergies as Adelphia's will be able to accommodate guests' needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. For Adelphia's, valet service is included and it's located on the side of the building leading into the reception area. You can also park, on your own, as they have ample parking as well.

Is there handicap accessible parking?

Answer

Both Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and Adelphia's have handicap accessible parking. For Adelphia's, anyone, who has difficulty climbing stairs, should enter from the front of the building. There will be a hostess stand and someone will be able to direct you to where the cocktail hour is being held. The reception hall is connected to the dining area, and is a short walk from where you enter from the main entrance.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies can wear cocktail or long dresses, and the gentlemen can wear a suit and tie or a sport coat.

What is the cut-off date to use the discount code to book our hotel room?

Answer

We have set up a block of rooms at The Holiday Inn Philadelphia South-Swedesboro, and the discount code is "CBW". Please look under the "Accommodations" tab for more information, and please reach out if there are any questions.
