Sam was a football player, and Olivia was a cheerleader at Plant High School, but they did not know one another. The pair met 1 year after their high school graduation, when they were both home from college for the summer. Sam’s mom was out of town, and he decided to throw a party. (Sorry Lisa, but also, thank you.) They were friends for the next two years. Sam always admired Olivia’s smile, her eyes and the way people are drawn to her. Olivia looked at Sam like such a mystery. He was a man of a few words those days, but he always made them count. Olivia would look at his smile and think about how he seemed like the purest soul. At a 4th of July party in 2018, Sam *finally* realized Olivia was flirting with him. But the deal wasn’t sealed until they watched that one cartoon movie, “Coco”, and that night ended with them both crying in Sam’s old studio apartment. Yes, with a mattress on the floor and everything. From there, they officially started dating at the Steak and Shake drive through after one fun night out. It was the most romantic chocolate shake, burger, and fries ever served. The next 4 years were filled with many new experiences. During this time, Sam experienced his first concert, plane ride, music festival, and his first time out of the country, all with Olivia. Olivia experienced new stomach pains from laughing so hard, new perspectives on life, new ways of loving, all with Sam… Until the novelty settled into livelihood. And now, life gets to stay this good forever. You see, Olivia helps bring Sam out of his shell. Sam helps Olivia stay grounded. They’re better together. ♡♡♡
