On August 18th, 2014 a friend of mine(ours) had extra tickets to a Cardinals game. She invited both of us to go with her. By the end of the game, we were facebook friends. He was a good guy, funny too, but I wasn't expecting anything and wasn't even interested in anything more than a friendship nor was this supposed to be a set up of any kind, just a baseball game with some friends, but little did we know where that game would take us...

I was told we were going out to celebrate a friend finishing nursing classes but little did i know it was way more than that. He surprised me at our Favorite bar and played our song ( Sugar by Maroon 5 ) our friend Pat was there with her camera and captured every moment of it. I was tapped on the shoulder (so i THOUGHT to get my attention so I could shift and move to get Jimmy in the picture with us) and I turned around and he was down on one knee! I had no idea. Especially considering when we first started dating he “never wanted to get married”. And look at us now. Here we are.

October 26, 2019 will be a day full of laughter and love. Promises will be made. Vows will be said. It will be a day full of celebrations with all of our closest friends and family. And so the adventure begins...
