Maid of Honor
My Godmother and favorite friend, Pappy has been by my side making me smile, getting matching tattoos, helping me do puzzles, and teaching me how to bake all my favorite things from NJ to EH to Copenhagen, to New Orleans to our shared apartment in NY. I cannot imagine my big day without her right by my side.
Co-Best Man
Danny is one of the few people that has known both of us longer than we have known each other. Though a friend of Caoimhe's since elementary school, she could not compete with my request to have Danny as my Best Man. We may disagree on everything from music to movies to MVPs, but ever since we were 8 years old, there is no one I would rather have on my team.
Bridesmaid
My oldest sister and first ever friend. Through 16 hour car rides to Florida, and 14 years of shared bedrooms in East Hampton, from sightseeing in Ireland to dancing in Copenhagen she has always been by my side when I needed her. Saoirse has been paving the way all my life and I could not walk down the aisle without her leading the way!
Co-Best Man
Growing up Darren and I were opposites in many ways; he was talkative and rowdy where I was shy and focused. He was creative and metaphorical where I was literal and methodical. But even though we were so different, the most important thing was always that we were brothers and we have had each other's backs from day one. As we have grown up, we have only grown closer, and as we get closer to the big day I can relax knowing that he will have my back.
Bridesmaid
Charlotte is 11 months (one grade level) older than me. This means that in school we have been on many of the same teams, and in many of the same clubs. We have shared some of the same friends, and almost all of the same teachers. And from Voodoo Fest in New Orleans when we lost our keys and had to eat pizza in my driveway, to the last minute graduation she helped put together for Thomas and Me during quarantine we have shared some great adventures. Charlotte is our go to sister for all our obscure music and random astrological needs and she has assured us that the numbers for this wedding all look "positive."
Groomsman
A relationship sparked (once again) by a shared love of basketball, Caleb and I met on the HPU Club Basketball court my freshman year. Flash forward 8 years and we are (soon to be) married men with best friend pets, who have gone from playing basketball all day every day to struggling through our couples yoga class at the White Water Center. Caleb's loving and familial manner is known to make everyone feel at ease, a speciality I will benefit from greatly on my Big Day!
Bridesmaid
My beautiful, stylish, life-of-the-party little sister who has been by our side since 2011 when Thomas would drive her home from camp (he was her counselor) and the three of us would have our "Weekly Wednesday movie nights." 10 years and a 3 month COVID quarantine later, it is only fair to say she is Thomas' little sister, as well.
Groomsman
A package deal since sophomore year of college- from basketball to DAD JEANS FC from college parties to falling asleep in the living room as soon as we tried to watch a show. If you see one of us the other is never too far away.
Bridesmaid
Randomly assigned freshman roommates turned best friends- bonded for life over our love of movies, chocolate, and Satsuma Turkey Sandwiches. Lizzy's straightforward and loving nature will be a guiding light I will rely on through this whole process!
Groomsman
Growing up Brian and I lived 6 houses away from one another. In high school Brian Caoimhe and I all became close and would often all be together watching movies, eating dinner, and planning our next great adventure. And like it or not we are all bonded over the shared trauma of a 24 hour greyhound bus trip to Florida (we know Caoimhe- "it wasn't that bad....") Brian is one the most genuine and caring people I know, and we are both so happy to have him by our side on this adventure.
Bridesman
My best friend since kindergarten. Through elementary school, high school, and many a Montauk summer night there is no one else I would have rather had by my side.
Groomswoman
While our story may have started when Molly became my APO "big" junior year, we quickly went from being a fraternity deemed "family" to a real one. My number one confidant and biggest "cheerleader," my wedding party would not be complete without Molly's overflowing kindness and anxious giggles.
Bridesmaid
We went to high school 50 miles away but it took us driving 1500 miles to New Orleans for freshman orientation for us to meet. But distance has never matter to us! As far apart as we have lived over the last few years we have only grown closer. Abby is my rock, always full of love, kindness, and rational advice. There is no one I would trust more to help get me through, and honestly to, this day (especially if we want me to be on time).
