When do I need to RSVP by?

The deadline for RSVPs is Friday 21st February (so we can confirm final numbers with the venue).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at Ballintubber Abbey by 12.15pm.

Is there parking available at Ballintubber Abbey?
Answer
Parking for Ballintubber Abbey is located opposite the church (carpark next to Corley’s Bar). It is not possible to park in the grounds of Ballintubber Abbey.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We would love our guests to be fully present when we say "I do" so we are having an unplugged ceremony. We would kindly ask for no phones or cameras during this time. However, we would love you to take as many photos as you like for the rest of the celebrations.

What colour are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
The bridesmaids will be wearing a light blue colour.

How long will it take to get from the wedding ceremony to the reception?
Answer
It takes approx. 1 hour 15 mins to get from Ballintubber Abbey to Markree Castle. The drinks reception will start from 3pm at Markree Castle.

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue.

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
Due to venue limitations, our wedding will be an adults only event. We hope you understand.

Can I book accommodation in Markree Castle?
Answer
Unfortunately, accommodation at Markree Castle is not available for general bookings, as the limited number of onsite rooms have been allocated to the bridal party and members of our families. Please see the accommodation section of our wedding website for alternative options.
