Where should I park?

Answer

If you wish to drive to the venue, there is lots of parking available, and it is well signposted. Drenagh Estate is 1,000 acres within walls, so satnavs/Google Maps may not take you to the right entrance. If you use satnav/Google Maps, please type in "Dowland Road, BT49 0HP" rather than just the postcode. Once within the estate, please follow the signs for wedding parking.

Question

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?

Answer

If you are staying at Roe Park Resort, we will be putting on buses to take you from Roe Park to Drenagh Estate. The buses will be collecting everyone outside the front entrance of Roe Park at 2:30 PM. A shuttle will then run guests back to Roe Park from 11:45 PM until 1:00 AM.

What time should I book my taxi home?

Answer

We recommend booking a taxi for 12:30–1:00 AM at the latest if you are not getting the bus back to Roe Park Resort. Kindly note that taxis are limited, and companies may ask for pre-payment.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in Northern Ireland is changeable, to say the least. The ceremony will occur at St Patrick's Church Dungannon, followed by a drinks reception in the main house of Drenagh Estate and the marquee for the evening meal and party. Although we hope you all need your sunnies, we recommend bringing a coat and umbrella just in case.

What kind of shoes should/ shouldnt I wear?

Ladies, a pre-warning: We recommend block heels as you will need to walk over a stoney area and cobbles.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adult-only affair, with the exception of our nieces and nephews.
