We met back in 6th grade at a Watterson football game and instantly clicked. This sparked our middle school romance that led us to date for two weeks (how it ended is to this day a disputed mystery). Although our middle school relationship didn't last, it lit a flame for the years to come. We stayed close friends through high school and especially during college at Ohio University. Whenever we’d run into each other in Athens, it felt like no time had passed—we’d spend hours catching up and the connection we had always had felt special. It wasn’t until shortly after we graduated in 2020 that we started dating, and have been inseperable since. We connected on many things - values, hobbies, our sense of humor, but the driving force of our relationship is that we are best friends who care deeply for one another. We moved in together the summer of 2022 and brought our dog Sully home in February of 2023 . We could not be more excited to embark on this next step in our story surrounded by the ones we love!
