Teresa claims to be a New Yorker, but come April - Dubai will be the place she has lived the longest! As a child you would find Teresa singing into her hairbrush, while plastering her walls floor to ceiling with pictures of the Backstreet Boys. She cannot wait to share her love for Gabriel - and her love for adventure - when she marries in Morocco with her friends and family at her side. Teresa dit qu'elle est New-Yorkaise, en réalité Dubaï sera, en avril, l’endroit où elle a vécu le plus longtemps ! Quand Teresa était enfant, elle aimait chanter dans sa brosse à cheveux tout en collant des images des Backstreet Boys sur les murs de sa chambre. Elle est ravie de partager son amour pour Gabriel - et son amour de l'aventure - en se mariant à Marrakech au Maroc, avec ses amis et sa famille.

Gabriel is French & grew up in Casablanca, and after many years working in Toulouse & Paris he decided to climb Mt Kilimanjaro! After taking the time to plan the trip his friend cancelled. Gabriel changed his plans & went to Dubai instead. His vacation ended with a job interview, & Gabriel soon extended his holiday by making Dubai his new home. After a few months, and thanks to some 21st century technology, Gabriel met the love of his life. Et voila! Gabriel est français et a grandi à Casablanca. Après des années passées a Paris, il a décidé de gravir le Kilimandjaro! Son coéquipier a annulé et Gabriel est allé à Dubai. Ses vacances se sont terminé par un entretien d embauche. il a déménagé à Dubaï, et c’est à l'aide d'une technologie du 21ème siècle, qu’il a rencontré l'amour de la vie!

The Parents of the Bride : Les parents de la Mariée
Steve and Nectar always thought that once their youngest daughter got married it would be time to settle down! Now, here they are planning a wedding and a trip to Africa! They met in high school and have been love birds since! They are excited to join the Ober family in celebrating this wonderful day, and offering all the support and advice they can. Steve et Nectar ont toujours pensé qu’ils seraient tranquilles lorsque leur plus jeune fille se marierait ! Aujourd’hui, ils préparent un mariage et un voyage en Afrique! Ils se sont rencontrés au lycée et forment un couple qui donne une excellente image du mariage. Ils sont ravis de rejoindre la famille Ober pour célébrer cette merveilleuse journée et offrent, malgré la distance,tout le soutien et les conseils qu’ils peuvent.

The Mother of the Groom : La Mère du Marié
Catherine grew up in Casablanca, Morocco. She decided to move to Paris, but eventually cancelled when she met the father of her two beautiful children: Ingrid and Gabriel. Life wasn't always simple, but she raised her kids with all the love, the confidence, and the support she could give them. As you can see, she did a great job :) Catherine a grandi à Casablanca, au Maroc. Elle a décidé de déménager à Paris, mais a finalement annulé sa visite lorsqu'elle a rencontré le père de ses deux beaux enfants: Ingrid et Gabriel. La vie n'a pas toujours été simple, mais elle a élevé ses enfants avec tout l'amour, la confiance et le soutien qu'elle pouvait leur apporter. Comme vous pouvez le constater, elle a fait un excellent travail :)
Andria Cantú
Bridesmaid : Demoiselle D'Honneur
Andria is the eldest of the Cantu sisters and hails from Chicago, Illinois! She is an incredibly intelligent and talented woman with an empathetic heart, a mind for politics, and a love for travel. Teresa is thrilled to have Andria as a Bridesmaid by her side, as this is merely a symbol of the love and support Andria, and her husband Max, have shown Teresa throughout the years. We miss you Winston! Andria est l'aînée des soeurs Cantu et vit à Chicago, dans l’Illinois! C'est une femme incroyablement intelligente, talentueuse, empathique, amoureuse des voyages et dotée d’une fibre politique. Teresa est ravie de faire d'Andria sa demoiselle d'honneur car c'est un symbole de l'amour et du soutien que lui ont témoigné Andria et son mari Max, au fil des ans. Tu nous manques Winston!

Sister of the Groom : La Soeur du Marié
Ingrid is a talented dance teacher & journalist. She helped Gabriel grow up with many torturous moments. She is expressive, generous, & natural, and has always been very supportive & protective of her brother. She used to shout, "Don't bother my little bro!" She met her smart and strong partner Gaetan many years ago. Together, they take care of their two kids: Zoe and Maceo. Ingrid est journaliste et professeure de danse à Casablanca. Elle a aidé Gabriel à grandir en le torturant. Elle est expressive, généreuse et naturelle, et a toujours beaucoup soutenu et protégé son frère. Elle avait l'habitude de crier, "Ne dérange pas mon petit frère!" Elle a rencontré son compagnon, drôle intelligent, aventurier, Gaétan il y 20 ans. Ensemble, ils prennent soin de leurs 2 enfants: Zoé et Macéo.
Elise Schneider
Bridesmaid : Demoiselle D'Honneur
Elise is the middle Cantu sister and currently resides in Denver, Colorado! She is fun loving, quirky, creative and brilliantly witty. She is nurturing and always wants the best for everyone. As a new mom, her 2nd favorite past time is pressuring Teresa and Gabi to move to Denver! Teresa can't wait to have "Steph" by her side, and hopes she can keep everyone laughing all day! Thank you to Adam for all the well wishes and support. Elise est la soeur cadette des Cantu et réside à Denver. Elle est drôle, excentrique, créative et spirituelle. En tant que jeune maman, sa deuxième activité favorite consiste à faire pression sur Teresa et Gabi pour qu'ils déménagent à Denver! Teresa a hâte d'avoir "Steph" à ses côtés et espère pouvoir faire rire tout le monde! Merci à Adam pour tous ses voeux.

Father of the Groom : Pere du Marié
Victor grew up in Algeria, in the small city of Palikao. He moved to Morocco when he was quite young. After a few years, he opened his own company and worked hard all his life to take care of his wife and kids. He was already planning the wedding this summer when Teresa and Gabriel met him in Toulouse. He already has their next generation on his mind... Victor a grandi en Algérie, dans la petite ville de Palikao. Il a déménagé au Maroc quand il était jeune. Après quelques années, il a ouvert son entreprise et a travaillé dur toute sa vie pour prendre soin de sa femme et de ses enfants. Il préparait déjà le mariage cet été lorsque Teresa et Gabriel l'ont vu à Toulouse. Il a déjà en tête la prochaine génération ...
Nawal Akkal
Groomswoman: Demoiselle D'Honneur de Gabriel
Nawal and Gabriel met in Casablancs and they have been friends for 20 years. She studied throughout France, and spent many years working in Paris. Nawal is a talented psychologist and opened her company a few years ago in the city of Montpellier. Nawal is a fantastic listener and always makes time for her friends and family. Gabriel is so happy she can be a part of his wedding day! Nawal et Gabriel se sont rencontrés à Casablanca et ils sont amis depuis 20 ans. Elle a étudié en France et a travaillé de nombreuses années à Paris. Nawal est une psychologue de talent. Elle a ouvert son entreprise il y a quelques années à Montpellier. Nawal a une fantastique écoute et prend toujours du temps pour ses amis et sa famille. Gabriel est si heureux qu'elle fasse partie de cette celebration!

Groomsman : Garçon D'Honneur
Nicolas & Gabriel became close when they lived together in a tiny one bedroom in Paris. However, the sad day finally came when Nicolas decided to live with his wife Maco. They both now live in Lyon with their beautiful baby girl Mathilde. Nicolas is very sociable, open to travel, and is always happy to spend time with his friends. I think Gabriel still misses his former roommate! Nicolas et Gabriel sont devenus amis quand ils vivaient ensemble à Paris. La belle histoire à pris fin lorsque Nicolas a décidé de vivre avec sa femme Maco. Ils sont maintenant installés à Lyon avec leur fille Mathilde. Nicolas est très sociable, ouvert au voyage, toujours heureux de passer du temps avec ses amis. Je pense que son ancien colocataire manque toujours à Gabriel !
Luna
The Black Cat : Le Chat Noir
Luna is the real Cinderella of this fairy tale! She originates from the muddy fish markets of Old Dubai, but now lives the life of a princess. She and Teresa have lived happily ever together for over 4 years, and she's kept a firm eye on Gabriel since he came into their lives. She now happily spends her time keeping Gabriel awake at night singing the song of her ancestors, anxiously hoping that every opened canned good contains tuna, and cuddling up for a nap. She regrets to inform you all that her passport won't be ready in time for the wedding. Luna est la Cendrillon de cette histoire. Elle et Teresa sont ensemble depuis 4 ans. Elle garde heureusement Gabriel éveillé la nuit en chantant la chanson de ses ancêtres, rêve de thon et dort.
