We met in February 2018 at Chan's Place in Woodinville, WA, over some Xiao Long Bao and cocktails. We can give you the whole story another time, but I saw Josh and figured there was no way he was available, he was so handsome, I couldn't stop glancing at him. He was keeping to himself, so the first opportunity I saw, I interjected myself into his conversation with friend and bartender Aaron, and after 2-3 hours of endless conversation, the rest is history. Neither of us were looking for someone, but after a very short while we both realized how what we have is different, and how it came at the perfect time. We have love, support, friendship, and a happy home together, like neither of us have ever had before. Our combined passion for travel, food and wine, and experiencing everything the world has to offer is something neither of us thought we'd ever find in another. As cliche as it sounds, when you know, you know, and this is it. We can't wait for our next big adventure to make this family official in 2022!
