We're Getting Married!

Nick and Rachel connected during their time at Western Carolina University...but if we really want to start from the very beginning... Nick and Rachel had art class together Rachel's freshman year and Nick's senior year of high school. Rachel had the biggest crush on the upperclassman and his dreamy blue eyes. ;) Fast forward to 2019, Nick and Rachel hit it off on their first date doing one of their favorite things to this day...watching movies, ordering take out and staying in for the night. Since the moment they connected they were inseparable. Countless late nights watching each other's favorite movies, talking and laughing until the sun rose, and traveling to their favorite mountain town, Asheville! They spent almost every waking minute with each other! They began officially dating on June 20th, 2019! In their 5 years of dating before Nick popped the question, Nick and Rachel shared some extra special moments: -They adopted their first pup Stormi in 2019. -They graduated from Western Carolina University together in 2021...GO CATS! -Then comes FLORIDA! Shortly after graduating they both got jobs; Nick in Engineering and Rachel in Speech Therapy! -Adopted their 2nd pup Millie in 2022. -Rescued their first kitten Bowie in 2023 -Engaged and moved back to NC in 2024 + adopted one more kitten, Tuffy and a Puppy, Dolly! Nick and Rachel got engaged on August 10th of 2024 surrounded by family and friends at one of their favorite restaurants...Salt Shack! (Nick had the ring in his sock all through dinner lol!) They are getting married right outside of their hometown on April 12th, 2025! Nick and Rachel are so excited to share this special day with the people who mean the most to them! You each play such a special role in making this day so memorable for them!!!!
