As much as we would appreciate your view of our ceremony (that picture of the bride, the grooms face, etc.), we HIGHLY DISCOURAGE any cellphone usage during the ceremony. We will have professional photographers available and we want to make sure that our photos turn out perfect! Feel free to take photos before the ceremony and during the reception. We simply ask you to "unplug" and share in the special moment with us.
We wanted to be sure to invite as many people that we could who have influenced our relationship over the years. Because of the limited capacity of the venue, we designated certain quantity of seats for you/ your family/ guest. Please indicate on the rsvp card how many will be attending with you so that we can plan for seating accordingly.
We have pre-selected the menu that we feel that everyone would enjoy best.
No you do not. If you would like, we have an option to where you can rsvp on our website instead of mailing the rsvp card back.
Yes. We have allotted 1 drink of either wine or beer per person as a thank you for attending. Any liquor and additional drinks will be a part of the cash bar.
We ask for guests to please arrive no earlier than 3:30pm. Any earlier and you may disrupt any photos being taken and get glimpses of the couple before the ceremony. We want for everyone to see the happy couple at the same time- as they will see each other for the first time becoming husband and wife.
To begin, we thank you for your patience with us and this every changing yet difficult time. We are providing cloth masks for everyone who wishes to wear one. Each mask is individually packaged and sealed so it is not contaminated. We will also have hand sanitizing stations available throughout the areas for use. We are following the guidance of our venue, our local area officials, and our best judgement.
