Californians, please take special notice! Weather in the northeast is always unpredictable, but it's particularly unpredictable in late April. We could have a sunny day with highs in the 60s and lows in the 50s or we could have a rainy day with highs in the 40s and lows in the 30s. We are praying for good weather, but we will be prepared with tents, umbrellas, and blankets to keep everyone dry and warm. That said, please check the forecast a few days before you depart and pack appropriate outerwear.

If possible, we recommend flying into Albany International Airport, which is a 1-hour drive from all accommodations. You should be able to take Uber or a cab from there to Lenox. Your next best options are flying into Boston (Logan) or LaGuardia, both of which are a 2.5-3.5 hour drive. JFK and Newark would add about 45 minutes to the drive. If you are flying into either of these locations, we recommend renting a car or pre-arranging an Uber. Please contact us with any questions on travel, we are happy to advise.

Please plan to use our pre-arranged shuttle services. We DO NOT recommend relying on Uber/Lyft (minimal availability in the region) or local cab companies (unreliable). FRIDAY WELCOME PARTY SHUTTLES Shuttles will depart Element Hotel at 7:40pm and Courtyard Marriott at 7:50pm, dropping guests at Doctor Sax House. Return shuttle will load at 10pm after the conclusion of our welcome party. SATURDAY AFTERNOON SHUTTLES On Saturday afternoon, we will transport guests via shuttle from Lenox, MA, to our wedding venue. The shuttle trip takes about 30 minutes. Please plan to board the shuttle at 2:45PM. Shuttles will depart PROMPTLY at 3:00 PM. Shuttles will depart from: Courtyard Marriott Hotel Element Hotel Doctor Sax House (35 Walker St - shuttle will pull up in front of the main entrance). SATURDAY NIGHT RETURN SHUTTLES We will have an early shuttle departing at 10 PM. Shuttles will run periodically between 11 PM and 1 AM.

We adore your children, but our events on Friday and Saturday are for adults only. If you are traveling to the area with your children and any caregivers, please contact Andrew or Rachel directly if you would like them to accompany you at Sunday brunch.
