Question

Can I share photos that your photographer took?

Answer

Yes! However, we ask that you do not further edit the photos as we selected the photographer to capture the photos exactly in the style we wanted. Please be sure to tag her when sharing! @TamaraMerriPhotography

What are your COVID-19 policies for the wedding?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, our wedding is going forward as planned. However, we will not expect nor allow any of our loved ones to risk their own health or that of their community for our celebration. For that reason, we are requesting that all guests who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine become vaccinated. If you are unable to obtain the vaccine due to health concerns or religious reasons, a CDC approved mask must be worn at our wedding. If neither of these are options, we ask that you celebrate with us in spirit instead. Children who do not meet the minimum age requirement to receive the vaccine but are over the age of 2 must keep their mask on unless they are seated AND eating. If you have extenuating circumstances or reasons for not becoming vaccinated please contact us privately.

Are the ceremony and reception locations different?

Answer

No! Our ceremony, lounge hour, and reception are all being held at The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station!

What is your policy regarding mobile devices?

Answer

We respectfully request guests silence their devices and refrain from using their devices during the ceremony to provide an intimate setting. We also want to allow our photographer the best opportunities to capture our pictures during this time. We will share our photographs as soon as we receive them from the photographer after the wedding! For the reception, of course you are able to use your mobile device as you wish! We plan to have a custom Snapchat filter geotagged for the venue and a hashtag to tag on your photos! Please, feel free to send Andrew & I your photos, we'd love to save them in our guestbook!

What is your dress code?

Answer

We are requesting guests dress in a Semi-Formal manner. Please, no sun dresses, polos, or jeans. We also request guests do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride: white, ivory, cream, light blush.

Will dinner be served? Will there be a vegetarian/vegan option for dinner?

Answer

Yes to both! Our plated dinner options will include your choice of chicken, beef, or a vegan meal. If you have questions or concerns about the food offerings, please contact Andrew or Heather!

Answer

Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can notify the caterer.
