Parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. However, there is NO OVERNIGHT parking. Any cars at the venue after 11:00pm will be towed at the owners expense and will result in the loss of our security deposit. If you'd like to leave your car overnight, there is a public parking lot across the street from the venue!

Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail attire The wedding will be entirely outdoors! Please dress for the weather. Hawaii in June is typically mid-70s to low 80s.

Will Transportation be Provided?

Answer

We arranged round-trip transportation from the North Shore. The bus will pick guests up at 1:30pm from Turtle Bay Resort. Please be aware of signs detailing where you can and cannot park. If you are late, you'll need to find your own way to the venue. After the reception ends, the bus will take guests back to Turtle Bay Resort. The bus leaves Kualoa Ranch at 10pm. Reminder that there is no overnight parking at the venue! If your car is left overnight, it will be towed.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be listed on your invitation and they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you think we made a mistake, please reach out to us personally!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your kids, due to limited space, we respectfully request that you leave your children at home. If invited, your kid's name will be listed on your invitation and they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:15 pm. Please arrive at Kualoa Ranch no later than 3:00 pm, so everyone has time to check in and locate their seats.
