Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 5:00pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm sharp. Please note that if you are planning to drive, Maps/Waze use the entrance to Mount Hope Farm to determine the length of the drive. Once you arrive to the entrance at Mount Hope farm, anticipate another 5ish minute drive to the actual venue location.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles to and from the venue from the hotels. Timing will be updated as we get closer!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available. Upon arriving at Mount Hope Farm, staff will be on-site to direct you. You will drive about 1.5 miles before reaching our venue location. There is a grass lot just beyond the ceremony site. Please note that the drive from the Mount Hope Farm entrance to the venue site is forested, windy, and very dark at night. We do not want anyone drinking and driving so please take advantage of our shuttle service! Alternatively, ride share apps (Uber, Lyft) are an option, but available drivers may be limited.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Ceremony & Cocktail Hour are outdoors and the Reception will be under the tent.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?

Answer

As soon as possible! Because it is Labor Day Weekend, we anticipate the hotels in Newport and Middletown areas to fill up very quickly. In addition, the quicker we can fill our room blocks the better chance we have at reserving more rooms in the same hotel.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We love your kids, but would like for our special day to be an adults only occasion.
