Form primary parking, there is a small parking lot with 25 spaces available on the west side of the building. Should additional parking be required, guests will be directed to the Walmart parking lot for overflow parking. (see gallery page for visuals)

We love having little ones around, and children who are specifically listed on the invitation are more than welcome to join us for the celebration! As the night progresses, we will have an "adult hour" towards the end of the evening, where we invite adults to enjoy some more grown-up fun. We’re excited to celebrate with you and your family!
Our ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with plenty of space to celebrate. The dining portion of the event will take place indoors in a lovely, climate-controlled hall to ensure everyone’s comfort as we enjoy the meal together. We look forward to sharing these special moments with you!

We’re so happy you’ll be joining us! There are plenty of great places to stay in the Bentonville-Rogers area, with options in both downtown Bentonville and downtown Rogers. These are the closest stays to the venue, and each location has its own unique charm with wonderful amenities. For a more personalized experience, Airbnb is a great option, especially in the downtown areas and in Bella Vista. No matter where you stay, you’ll be close to the action and surrounded by great features. We’re sure you’ll find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy your stay!
