Teresa may be my cousin, but this genuine and loving soul has always been a sister to me. From failed attempts of teaching her ballet to Sunday's at Chinese school, we have spent our entire childhood laughing and being silly. Nowadays, as an Internal Medicine Doctor in Miami, she is living out her passion to one day cure AIDS. We have journeyed through the ups and downs of life together, and I'm honored to have Teresa stand next to me on my greatest adventure.

Janet is independent, wise, and kind. I am grateful to have met her at The University of Texas and to have developed a bond with her over our shared love of Harry Potter, "Friends", and impromptu elaborate dinner feasts. She's been a steadfast source of wisdom, support, and, sometimes -- tough love (lol). She knows me better than I know myself. Janet is a proud mama to baby Paxton and wife to Keith (one of Raul's groomsmen).

Elisa may have only been my friend for 5 years, but I'm sure we were friends in our past lives as well. I credit Charlie, one of Raul's Best Men, for bringing her into my life -- an introduction in which we immediately bonded over being "yoga snobs" (lol). Elisa is bold, adventurous, funny, and incredibly well-traveled. We are both Recruiters in Human Resources, but she works remotely and is able to traverse the globe in search of her true passion: Cats (lol).

Leslie is a funny, quick-witted, generous, and kind friend whom I'm grateful to have met at The University of Texas. Both of our families are from Hong Kong, and I've always regarded her as "gee gay yun" (one's own people). Time would fly by as we studied all day in the campus libraries and then enjoyed 6th Street at night. Nowadays, time flies by even faster -- 15 hours of hanging out only feels like 2 hours. Leslie is a proud mama to doggy Riley, and is currently engaged to her love, Andy.
