Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle available to and from the Arroyo Pinion Hotel and Los Lagos Estate. Please indicate your interest in the shuttle in your RSVP. If you can drive, please do so to save room on the shuttles.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party, guests should wear dressy casual. For the wedding ceremony and reception, guests should wear formal attire. Please be aware the wedding festivities are in grassy areas - plan your shoe wear accordingly. Block heels are recommended.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

There is ample parking available.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors. Incase of bad weather, there will be tents.

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP as soon as possible to help our planning efforts! The deadline will be March 2, 2026.

If you have received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Yes, we have a room block. To receive our discounted rates, you can book through this link: https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/XA13L3. If you are interested in taking the shuttle, it is recommended to stay at or around the Arroyo Pinion Hotel.

Reach out directly to the bride or groom to coordinate and also make a note of it in your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Our wedding planner has a sister company that offers baby sitting services. If you're interested, please reach out to Christy or Travis. Our wedding planner can connect you with a sitter. Thank you for making arrangements.
