I was scrolling Facebook one day and came across Ashley's page. We became friends on Facebook and we are still unsure who added who. We had no mutual friends at the time. Weird, I know right. I kept going back to her page for days and days wondering if she was in a relationship. I started to tell my best friend Danyel about how I thought she was cute. I was not sure what to do. One day, I told Danyel that I was going to shoot my shot and send her a message. It still took me several business days, because anxiety, right? I finally got the courage up to send her a message. It read, and I quote, "You're cute" and I got a response. I was shocked honestly. We got to talking more and more everyday as friends. Nothing more. She was on vacation with her family and I remember her telling me that is when she realized she started to like me. The more we talked, the closer we got. I finally invited her to Tennessee for the weekend. Crazy right? I know... 2 strangers meeting for the first time out of state and staying over at my place? Are we crazy? Yes. Our families were concerned and wanted our locations. Understandable. From that weekend on, we were already falling in love. Which is fast, I know.... My mom told me weeks after that, "Candise is going to tell us any day now that she is moving to North Carolina". I said Me? Not a chance. Ashley also told her mom, "I am going to marry this girl" I'm sure she thought she was INSANE saying that so soon... Well here we are. I moved to North Carolina to be happy and be with the love of my life. And..... WE ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!
