Rooms have been blocked for our guests on Sept. 4 and 5 at the Crowne Plaza (left) and the Kimpton Hotel Arras (right) in downtown Asheville. Booking links are included at the bottom of the page. Reservations must be made before Aug. 5, 2026.
The Crowne Plaza and Kimpton Hotel Arras will be pick-up locations for shuttle rides to Longleaf Vineyard. Buses will leave at 3 p.m. and return to hotels at 9 and 10 p.m.
Longleaf Vineyard has 30 parking spots for guests who plan to drive to the venue. We will communicate about carpools with the goal that half of our guests arrive by car.

For guests traveling by plane, we recommend Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) as it is the largest airport in Western North Carolina, and nearest to wedding venue and hotel recommendations. About a 20 min drive from both hotel options.
