There is so much to do and explore in the summer time in Steamboat. Below are some of our favorites.

Take a scenic gondola ride up to Thunderhead Lodge at the Steamboat Ski Resort. From there you can split off on one of many connecting trails.

Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola Ride and Hike

There are numerous scenic horseback trails all around Steamboat that are great for exploring the valley and the surrounding mountains.

Horseback Riding

The natural springs are nestled in an aspen grove in the mountains about 15 minutes from downtown Steamboat.  If you do not have a car, all-inclusive shuttle services are available.

Strawberry Park Hot Springs

Tubing the Yampa offers a chance to experience downtown Steamboat while tubing through the Yampa River.
