Come join us for drinks when you get in! We'd love to see you before our big day and get a little extra time with you. We will be in the room called Mt. Elbert. *Dress is semi-formal but if you're coming straight off the plane we'd love to see you as you are!* Directions to get there from the hotel: Exit the hotel lobby and cross the valet drive. Enter through the ‘555’ revolving doors and take the elevators to the 2nd floor. The appropriate elevator bank is located behind security desk. Once on the 2nd floor you will see Mt. Elbert room on your right.
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
This event is semi-formal with black tie optional.
The ceremony is in a catholic church so I would recommend conservative attire. The reception is at roof16 and there will be time to change in between if you would like. Please arrive at 1:00; we ask everyone be seated 30 minutes prior to ceremony start. We're excited to celebrate with you!
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
This is the same venue as the reception. Cocktail hour will be held on the rooftop. There is an inside portion but I would wear a coat in case you would like to venture to the outside portion of the rooftop (the inside and outside are right next to each other and the inside portion isn't very large.) Great views of the city and heaters will be provided.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Drinks, dinner, and dancing! All types of food to accommodate all food preferences and allergies. We have the 9th and 10th floor the entirety of the stay so feel free to bounce from downstairs to the rooftop.
