We're getting married!

It was the summer of 2016 when we met on our favorite island. We were vacationing with our families like we always would on the vineyard. Candice and her brother Stephen met up with their childhood friend Diana and others for a night out in Oak Bluffs. The group decided to try out a local bar called the Sand Bar. As we waited in line to enter the bar was when Candice and Phil first met thanks to Phil's outgoing personality. Phil had asked Candice after they entered if he could buy her a drink. Candice of course said yes! We proceeded to dance drink the night away and enjoy one another's company. At the end of the night we both felt like “Okay. This could be something special.”

Fast forward to the summer of 2019 we were back vacationing on our favorite island with both families like we always do. It was the anniversary of when we first met. Phil planned to take Candice to dinner at this special spot up island in Aquinnah and wanted to stop at the light house and cliffs along the way. Little did Candice know that the stop at the light house was going to unite them together forever. Family is so important to both of us and Phil knew how meaningful it would be to have everyone involved. Phil had set up the perfect proposal with both families involved and photographer to capture the moment. He took Candice to the top of the light house and got down on one knee. yes she cried and could not believe it but instantly, said "YES," and we were engaged. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you on the Vineyard!
