Mike and Candice first met on April 17, 2017, at 11 AM when Candice interviewed for a position on the Renewals team at TSP. A few weeks later, Candice started her new job and joined what should go down in history as one of the best renewals teams ever.  Mike and Candice worked side by side, auditing their little hearts out. Making it through the stressful end of quarters, end of years, and eventually the end of the amazing team. We all had developed a beautiful friendship throughout our team, and we were there for each other during all life's ups and downs that were happening outside of the walls of work. This is where Mike got his nickname, Lottypoo, from Candice.  It wasn't until one night at their favorite after-work spot, The Irishman, when Mike & Candice kissed. Nothing was the same from that moment on. From there on, Mike & Candice called each other Adventure Buddies, not really sure what was going on with us, but we knew we loved being around each other, were the first person to call with good/bad news, and when we were together, things felt lighter as we could shoulder each other's burdens.  We went on our first official date on March 16, 2019. Mike planned the event and took Candice to have lunch at Grand Prarie Municipal Airport, and it was perfect! Dates have been important in our relationship, and we work hard to make them a weekly thing.  We have gone on many adventures together, from seeing one of the oldest and largest steam engine trains (choo-choo), traveling to Mexico (twice), swimming with sharks, and many long romantic walks through Target/Costco/Ikea, and onto Ireland on March 6. We don't always go all out with our plans, and we end up with a cheese board and a movie in our room, but they are the glue that holds us together.  We can't wait to see what this next adventure has in store. All we know is that there is #lottsoflove between us!
