While we are not reserving a hotel block, we recommend staying in the Upper King Street and Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhoods, as they keep you right in the heart of downtown Charleston and within easy walking distance of the wedding weekend festivities and things to do in Charleston. With so many wonderful hotels and rental options at a variety of price points, we wanted to give everyone the flexibility to choose accommodations that best fit their preferences, group size, and travel plans. There are also great Airbnb options throughout the area, from cozy stays for two to larger homes for groups. For a curated list of places we love, feel free to check out the "Travel & Accommodations" tab, but you’re absolutely welcome to stay wherever suits you best. A car rental is not necessary unless you plan to explore beyond the downtown Charleston area. There are plenty of ride share options available, and most restaurants, shops, and venues are very walkable once you’re in downtown Charleston. Please note that spring is a very popular time in the city, so we recommend booking accommodations sooner rather than later.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
We are only able to accommodate guests named on the invitation.
Charleston International Airport (CHS) is the most convenient airport for travel into the city.
We love Charleston and are happy to share some of our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and activities on the "Explore Charleston" tab.
The dress code is formal / black tie optional. We ask that guests dress in elevated evening attire with floor-length dresses for women and suits or tuxedos for men. Men are encouraged to wear darker tones and should wear a tie, while women are welcome to wear color. We can’t wait to celebrate in a classic, dressed-up setting together.
