What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress in Black-tie Optional attire. Don’t worry about upstaging us, we want you to give it your best! Ladies wear floor length or long formal dresses or gowns. Color, black, and patterned ensembles are welcome! Please note that the ceremony is outdoors when selecting your footwear. Is there parking?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited. Please plan to ride with others to reduce cars. If you’re planning to enjoy the open bar, we hope you will take advantage of the Uber credits available to get you home safely.

What is the gate code?

Answer

The entrance gate code is #2519. You must enter the “#” before the numbers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive between 4:30pm and 5:00pm

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we hope you’re ready to enjoy an adult fancy date night out. Only children in the bridal party will be in attendance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotel. The shuttle leaves the hotel at 4:00 pm and will arrive at Laurel Hall at 4:30 pm. At the end of the night the shuttle will depart at 11:00 pm. If you are NOT staying at the hotel and planning to use the shuttle please let Jon or Candice know.
