Our ceremony and reception will both take place on September 12, 2026, at Excelsior (125 E King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602). We recommend arriving around 3:45 p.m. to get settled before the ceremony begins.
Our celebration will be semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think dressed-up but comfortable - perfect for an evening of celebrating, dining, and dancing! The ceremony will take place outdoors in early September, so expect warm weather and sunshine. We'd love to see everyone looking their best and ready to celebrate!
We're so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Please refer to your invitation for your specific guest details - if your invite says "and guest," you're welcome to bring one!
We love your little ones, but we're keeping the guest list to adults only for our big day. Thank you for understanding and for joining us in celebrating this special moment!
Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors. If the weather doesn't cooperate, all parts of the celebration will be held inside the venue. We're expecting warm early September weather (fingers crossed!), so plan for sunshine and bring a light jacket or wrap in case the evening cools down.
We've reserved a block of rooms at select hotels primarily in downtown Lancaster, within walking distance of Excelsior, our venue. You'll find all the booking details under the Travel tab of our website. There are also plenty of additional hotels and Airbnbs in the Lancaster area - many within walking or a short driving distance from the venue. We recommend booking early, as September is a popular time to visit Lancaster!
Parking is not available at the venue, but guests can use the East King Street Parking Garage located across the street from Excelsior (150 East King Street). If you're staying in downtown Lancaster, we recommend walking to the venue - it's conveniently situated on King Street with fantastic walkability, making it easy to enjoy the area and avoid parking hassles.
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4 p.m. This allows time to park (if needed), find your seat, and use the restroom without feeling rushed - and ensures you won't miss any of the processional.
Absolutely! We'll be serving a plated dinner - your official invitation will include a way to make your meal selection when you RSVP. Cocktails, wine, and beer will also be available throughout the evening. Come hungry, ready to toast, and to celebrate!
