We recommend guests arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 pm to allow sufficient time to park and be shuttled to the site. The wedding will start at 5pm.
We request that guests wear Cocktail Attire. The ceremony and reception are on top of a hill so outerwear, shawls, etc. are a good idea. Also, please avoid wearing white :)
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you're interested in finding and/or sharing a local babysitter with wedding guests, let us know in your RSVP.
You might find yourself going between the inside and outside spaces throughout the night so we recommend bringing some type of light outerwear, shawl, etc. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and all-night bar are outdoors (weather permitting). There is also outdoor seating and firepits to enjoy. The dinner and reception are located directly behind the ceremony site, indoors in the pavilion.
When you RSVP on this site, you will see the full list of guests in your party. If you only see your name, we've only accounted for you and ask that you come alone. (You'll meet great people there, we promise!) If you still want to bring a guest, email us at jonesekukewedding@gmail.com. We'll try our best to work something out, but please do not bring anyone to the venue beyond who we've confirmed. We will let you know if we can add your guest or not. Why so strict, Sway? The venue has a strict headcount policy and we're basically "fined" for any guests above our confirmed number who arrive on the day of. Even if the guest does not eat or only attends part of the event, the venue will charge us (at an increased rate) for each additional head that is present.
Yes, there will be valet and golf carts shuttling guests up the hill to the ceremony. The ceremony and reception are held in the same space.
