We are only allowing RSVP's to be submitted through our website. Please check out the RSVP tab in our website navigation and follow the instructions which require you to RSVP to the ceremony and reception.
All RSVP's are due by September 1, 2021.
Cocktail + dressy casual, please. We want you to still feel comfortable, so if those heels are too high and that top button is too tight, leave it home!
The ceremony and reception will take place at Sunset Bluffs: 230 Sunset Bluffs Rd, Washington MO, 63090
We ask that all guests arrive at Sunset Bluffs at 4:00 PM - 30 minutes before the ceremony.
Once you arrive at the Sunset Bluffs gate, follow the road until you come to a parking lot in front of Sunset Bluffs. Our venue staff will be there to greet you.
Cocktail hour will begin where light bites and access to the bar will be available.
You will be escorted by our venue staff to the reception hall where dinner will be served buffet style.
Select beer and wine are on us for the night. You may purchase mixed cocktails using cash. No one under the age of 21 will be served alcohol and all guests will be asked to present their ID upon being served at the bar.
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Kindly turn off all cell phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us.
Absolutely! If you snap a photo throughout the night after the ceremony, please use our hashtag #WeAquinoWaitToBeMarried so we can be sure to see them.
Since Sunset Bluffs is located in Franklin County MO, masks are not required and will not be provided. We predict that some of our guests may wear masks and some may not. The decision is up to you!
We are expecting approximately 120 guests will attend. Due to COVID-19, we have chosen to disclose this information so you can make the best informed decision if you are comfortable engaging with a large crowd. At Sunset Bluffs, there is more than enough room to accommodate all guests comfortably and safely.
If your invitation states your name followed by “and Guest,” or is addressed to you and your guest specifically, then yes, you may bring a date and indicate their name on your RSVP submission. If not, then we are unable to make room for other guests.
Kids are welcome if your invitation is specifically addressed to your family name only I.E "The Smith Family" and an RSVP spot is available to select their attendance. All young children that attend must be chaperoned at all times by a parent or guardian during the ceremony and reception.
Although this sounds like fun...to ensure the safety of all our guests, swimming in the lake and climbing on the rocks is not permitted at any time.
