Staying off the property
- ADDRESS IS 56940 TIMBER ROAD VERNONIA OREGON 97064 ***FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WISH TO CAMP*** - Hillsboro is the closest city, it is a 30 minutes drive. There are many hotels in the area! - When you get into Vernonia there is little to no service. Once you have entered the address to the wedding into your maps, do not close or try to reload the directions. The turn by turn directions will work all the way to the venue! But if you interrupt the already loaded directions, they will likely not reload as you get deeper into trees. So start your route and keep it up'n running. (Taking a screen shot of the turn by turn directions to and from the venue before leaving your hotel is not a bad idea) - I imagine most are coming from the Portland/Hillsboro direction, so just stay on US-26W until you see the red convenience store pictured above, just turn right at the corner store! - Turo is a great resource for renting cars if you prefer an alternative car rental experience. It's basically AirBnB for cars. Just an additional resource that may come in handy to some. - THERE WILL BE SIGNS POSTED ALONG THE ROAD AS YOU GET CLOSER - If you are coming from out of state and plan to camp please reach out to Candace no later than Friday June 20th to see if we can assist with tent and bedding accommodations.
