Guests should plan to be ready for the shuttle 10-15 minutes prior to the listed time slots. 2:00 pm - Pick up at Tru by Hilton to Venue 2:25/2:30 pm - Pick up at Hampton Inn 2:45/2:50 pm - Pick up at Tru by Hilton 2:55/3:00 pm - Drop off at Venue 3:20/3:25 pm - Pick up at Hampton Inn 3:45/3:50 pm - Pick up at Tru by Hilton 3:55/4:00 pm - Drop off at venue *4:05/4:10 pm - Pick up at Tru 4:15/4:20 pm* - Drop off at venue DO NOT wait to be picked up until the last shuttle. The stared time slot is only if it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. The ceremony will begin on time at 4:30 pm. Guests who do not arrived at the venue by 4:30 pm will not be allowed into the event area until the ceremony is over.
