It was a beautiful summer day, and after Jordon got off work he asked if we could go for a hike near his parents house. It was about a 40 minute drive to the hiking trail. We got out of the truck and started making our way to the top of the mountain. The hike was peaceful and we didn't pass any people along the way. Once we were at the top there was a beautiful clearing where you could see for miles the top of the trees. We stood there for a few minutes just enjoying the scenery and catching our breath from the hike. Then I looked over and he was down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I of course said yes and we are so excited for this next chapter in our lives!
