Jason proposed at our Friendsgiving dinner! The night before he put a fake Pizza Hut ring in a ring box and left it out while he ran some errands. Knowing me he thought I would peek but I didn’t, if it was THE ring I didn’t wanna ruin it! So later that night when he got home we had friends over he said you looked didn’t you? I said NO if it’s THE ring I don’t wanna ruin it. He went and got the box came back into the kitchen got down on one knee (which isn’t easy for him) and said “will you marry me?” WITH THE FAKE PIZZA HUT RING!!! I was all giddy and excited and it was a FAKE RING!!! So we had a good laugh! The next day at our Friendsgiving we started to eat dinner and he had the box again! I refused to open it but he talked me into leading me to believe this was IT! Welll it in fact was not it again was that dang Pizza Hut ring this time in front of several of our friends. I was embarrassed and like WHAT THE HECK? Jason got up to go to the bathroom at which time he swapped rings. He came back out and gave me the box again I refused AGAIN, he said “ok you sure you don’t want it?” So that made me want to see..... I opened it and there was my beautiful solitaire marquis cut diamond ring! I was so happy and he asked me “do you wanna be my forever boo?” Of course I said YES!
