We were set up on a blind date in college. A classmate of Candace's told her, "There is a really great guy I want you to meet. I think you two will get along. If you don't hit it off romantically, at the very least, you two could be great friends." Although we both lived in Tallahassee in the time, we were surprised to learn that we were both from the Orlando area. So, we met up at Downtown Disney (now Disney Springs) for a first date. And Candace's classmate was absolutely right - we became great friends. And then we fell in love.
