Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! We will have a large tent, covering the majority of seating, food, and dance floor to minimize rain or shine negatively impacting your dance moves. Part of the property will lead you into our backyard meadow, lawn, and woodlands, so please bring shoes you are comfy adventuring in! We will provide varieties of bug sprays as well if the bugs decide to try to join in on the fun.

What attire should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail and dressy casual attire are welcome! We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. This dress code includes folks who'd like to wear short, midi, and/or maxi dresses, sundresses, dressy separates, dress shirts and ties. Flats, sandals, or wedge heels are recommended so you can navigate the lawn with ease.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the Travel page on this site. We have a block of rooms for the Lockwood Hotel and the Canaan Motel. Please help us fill these blocks first before considering other options in the area.

Are kids & dogs welcome?

Answer

We respectfully ask that no children or dogs attend the reception. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be food and drink options?

Answer

Yes! For food, we will have buffet-style appetizer and entrée options. For drinks, we will have an open bar involving His & Hers cocktails, beer, and NA options. BYOB is welcome.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please message Joe or Alex around the time you RSVP and we can make accommodations. We will already have gluten free and NA drink options.
