What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive about 20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled. Kindly note that the venue will be closed for private photos beforehand, so we ask that guests do not arrive earlier than 4:00 PM.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will specify if you have a plus one — we wish we could invite everyone, but we are keeping it intimate.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at the same location — in a beautiful barn and outdoor tent.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be in the barn and under an outdoor tent. We recommend bringing layers in case the weather changes.

Parking will be available right at the ceremony site for your convenience.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP directly on our Zola wedding website. Just click the “RSVP” tab at the top of the page, type in your name, and follow the prompts to let us know if you’ll be attending.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 26 , 2026. This helps us finalize seating, meals, and drinks with our venue and caterer.

What if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by the Aug-26-2026, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors.

What if I RSVP but my plans change?

Answer

If your plans change after you’ve RSVP’d, please contact Camrynn Collinge or Brady Wardlow as soon as possible so we can adjust our numbers.
