We met by a stroke of luck so serendipitous that you might call it fate. Trevor chose his room in our sophomore year dorm and I got randomly placed right next door. Come to find out later, no one else on our floor even had the option to choose their room (fate indeed...). We became fast friends and enjoyed spending time with all our wonderful friends on the 7th floor. Soon, Trevor found out that I had never seen a Star Wars movie (or at least never paid attention to one...) and he made it his mission to watch them with me. We planned a weekly Star Wars watch party with our friends, all gathered in Trevor's dorm room, and I would find any excuse to sit next to him (and I think he was finally catching on). As end-of-semester exams neared, Trevor and I spent countless hours studying O-Chem in Thompson Library, talking about our winter break plans, and going to Panera for dinner together (our first "date"). I was smitten and so was he. He asked me out on Valentine's Day 2016 and the rest is history...
