To help us with our planning, please RSVP to our wedding weekend events as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is October 15th. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and you will be marked as "not attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with an exact and final guest count within the timeframe they require.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 pm, so please plan arrive no later than 4:15 pm.
We would love for our friends and family to dress up with us! We are requesting that our guests join us in formal attire (avoid shorts, jeans and short dresses). All festivities will be outdoors with grass, please plan accordingly for heels. Outfit inspiration and more details can be found on the 'wedding guest attire' page.
We have organized transportation for our guests to and from Baja Luna, leaving the JW Marriott promptly at 3:15 pm and departing Baja Luna at 10:15 pm, please be on time for both! For transportation to the reception, please meet at the JW Marriott no later than 3:00 pm. For guests who are unable to make the departure times, Ubers and Taxis are readily available in the area.
We will have a variety of bites and sips available to all of our guests throughout the night! We will have an open bar, passed canapés during cocktail hour, family style dinner and dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions, please ensure you have notated that on your RSVP. If you have any questions related to the dining options, please reach out to Camryn at 858.568.1573
We have an extremely talented photography team who will be capturing our ceremony and day. We ask that you please put your phone and cameras away during the ceremony. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.
