Join us for our welcome event as we kick off the wedding weekend with an unforgettable trip to the Grand Canyon! We'll be riding a train to the South Rim, and we’d love for you to join us. Please note that each guest is responsible for purchasing their own ticket. There will be a cash bar on board, along with complimentary light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy during the ride. Please arrive early to ensure you have time to board, get settled, and be ready for departure — the train will leave on time, and we don’t want anyone to miss it! You’re also welcome to drive to the South Rim with your group if that’s a better fit for you. Try to plan to arrive at Grand Canyon around 11:45am. This event is semi-formal inspired by our fall retro colors (Please see dress code).
We’re tying the knot in the beautiful woods of Flagstaff on Friday at these coordinates: 35.39479° N, 111.60122° W. Our ceremony will be short and sweet, surrounded by nature, so please come dressed according to the wedding dress code, but also wear comfortable shoes suitable for the forest setting. We also recommend bringing a light shawl or jacket, as the weather can be cool in the trees. After the ceremony, there will be about an hour-long break before the reception begins. During that time, feel free to stay and enjoy the peaceful forest atmosphere, or head into downtown Flagstaff to explore, grab a drink, or relax before the celebration continues. We can’t wait to share this special moment with you!
