It started in chemistry class our sophomore year of high school. Hunter had recently moved to New Caney the year before and was playing football. We had a mutual friend (the best man) that thought we would be good together, so he decided to do some match making and we all started to hangout. After all Christmas break going to the movies and hanging out together, he asked me to be his girlfriend on New Year’s 2016. We have been inseparable ever since.

New York was a place on both of our bucket lists to visit, so we decided to take a trip for Hunter’s 24th birthday. We spent 4 days in New York visiting all of the most iconic locations and eating way too much pizza. However, Hunter kept insisting we go to Central Park on the last full day (I wanted to do that first lol). So on our last full day and after visiting all of these beautiful places, we head over to Central Park after breakfast to take a walk. We pass Bethesda Fountain and find this beautiful trail that leads down to the water. I set up my phone to take a video of us looking all cute and I turn around and Hunter is down on one knee. It was so magical and I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect moment.
