The dress code is semi-formal with optional formal. We are asking all our guest to wear BLACK. We recommend you dress warm. The venue does have grass, dirt, & terrain so be mindful of your shoes. Please no blue jeans. We can’t wait to see you looking your best!
Your presence is the greatest gift you could give us. However, we do have a registry on our website under the registry tab. Check out our honeymoon fund! Card box will be on the welcome table at the wedding.

We love your kids. But due to limited capacity & the decision to have an adult-only event, we can only accommodate those in our bridal party. Consider this date night! We hope it’s a blast!
Once you arrive to the venue you will see a large gate. Please enter through this gate and follow the signs with the venue name. There is an abundance of parking. On the way in, be cautious about wildlife. A golf cart will meet you in the parking lot and take you the rest of the way!
Our wedding ceremony will be located outdoors as long as it’s not too cold. We do have the option to go indoors if necessary. Since it is December, we recommend dressing warm! The reception will be indoors with outdoor access that includes fire pits.
Arriving around 30 minutes early is a great way to be sure you will be able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins. Our venue is located on a hill. Golf carts will be running to bring guest to the ceremony space. Please keep this in mind when estimating how long it takes to get to the ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, no one else will be able to enter the ceremony space.
Our venue provides “tiny homes” for rent located on the venue property. Here is the link: https://resnexus.com/resnexus/reservations/book/3F572EC7-40F5-466C-8963-50E072F7AF77. Otherwise, we recommend the stockyards or any other hotels located in downtown Fort Worth or near Springtown.
