Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Once you receive your formal invitation in the mail, scan the QR code on the back of the invite to take you to the website to RSVP. Please RSVP to our wedding by June 15th, 2026 to help us provide our final guest count to our vendors. Any RSVPs received after our vendor deadline will not be included and unfortunately, those guests will be unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding!

Where is the ceremony and what is the parking situation like?
Answer
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are at the Wingate Barn. The address is 6679 Big Tree Rd, Livonia, NY 14487. Please park in the grass lot by the barn.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony starts at 3:30pm, please arrive by 3:00pm to ensure you are parked and seated prior to starting. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has started will unfortunately not be able to attend the ceremony.

Where should I stay?
Answer
The closest hotels to the venue are in Geneseo, approximately 20 minutes away. Airbnb also has lodging options near the venue.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is casual to cocktail. Khakis, polos, suits, pantsuits, jumpsuits, sundresses, cocktail dresses are all great! No jeans, please. Any colors are acceptable, just please no white.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Livonia in August has highs around 80°F and lows around 60°F with rain chances on about 7 days during the month.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your little ones, but we politely request no children attend the ceremony or reception unless they are formally included on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to budget and space restrictions, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, there will be a section when you RSVP indicating so.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask that all phones are put away and silenced during the ceremony. We would like everyone to be present with us in the moment without worrying about getting the perfect picture. We have a wonderful photographer, Jess, who will capture all of our perfect moments. Wedding photos will be shared with our guests once received! After the ceremony has ended, please take as many photos and videos as you would like! Each table will have a QR code where you can upload your pictures from your phone to share with us!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

When you RSVP, there will be a section for you to fill out if you have any dietary restrictions. Our appetizers, dinners, and desserts are guaranteed to have a vegan option. Our dinners and desserts are guaranteed to have a nut free and gluten free option.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
We will have an open bar of beer, wine, ciders, and seltzers. Cocktails will be a cash bar. Please do not bring in any outside alcohol. Outside alcohol (and potentially the guests who bring it) will be removed from the venue as it puts their license at risk!

Is there a registry?
Answer
Yes, we do have a registry. Please navigate to the Registry tab at the top of your screen to access it. If you are going to write a check as a gift, please address the check to either both of us or to just Cameron. This will help with depositing the checks with the bank while Audrey changes her last name.
