Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

July 31st! This allows us to finalize our plans, games and what cabins everyone will be bunking in! If you're deciding between staying on or off site: All cabins are twin beds with bathrooms, showers, heat and electricity. Linens will be provided (but you can bring your own if you prefer). Food will be also provided! (Brunch Sat & Sun mornings, BBQ Friday night and of course the main meal for everyone on Saturday night) We have a limited hotel block at Purity Springs nearby that will offer a shuttle service to the venue. Otherwise you are free to book a room at another hotel of your choosing, but you will have to get yourself to and from the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal (blazers/suits, afternoon or cocktail dress). Ladies keep in mind the ceremony will be down a small trail and on a beach so choose smart footwear! If you're staying for the after party: the theme is disco inferno! Feel free to change into your best disco attire between the reception and after party! (Not required but strongly encouraged)

I'm staying on site! What do I do? Should I bring anything?

Answer

Fantastic! We will be setting up cabin assignments once we have our RSVPs all in, and you will find out where you are staying when you arrive. Linens and toiletries will be provided but you can bring whatever makes you comfortable. Beds are twin bunks (no one will have to sleep on the top!), and we will do our best to ensure everyone has space and is bunking with friends/family. Games! Camp Cody provides balls and equipment but if you have games like Spikeball or CanJam that you want to add to the fun, please do! Snacks! We will provide meals but if you know you're going to want snacks during the day/night, bring them! Adult Beverages! We will be providing beer, seltzer and wine in coolers around camp all weekend long, and the hard stuff will be available from bartenders during happy hour / reception / after party. If you would like to supplement with your own favorite drinks, feel free as long as it's in a can (NH has some weird rules regarding hard alcohol....so do your thing, but make sure to utilize the trusty red solo cups if you’re out and about with a drink that didn’t come in a can). Swimwear if you'd like to take a dip in the lake! Disco Outfit! The after party is disco themed, so feel free to bring an outfit to change into between the reception and after party.

What can't I bring?

Answer

Peanut butter (no one is sadder about this than Mike), no but for real, its a nut-free facility and they're dead serious about it. Your children. We love your kids, we really do. With that being said, this is your weekend off. Leave the kiddos with a sitter and let's get wild!
