Yes, you can, but we highly recommend reserving through Lorena Aranibar (BCD Travel) for the best group rates and coordination. Please note that guests booking outside the wedding group will be charged an additional fee of 100 USD to join the ceremony and wedding party. If you book your stay through our travel & wedding planner, BCD Travel (Lorena Aranibar), transportation will be fully handled for you — no need to worry! A representative will be waiting for you at Punta Cana Airport. Round-trip transfers (airport–hotel–airport) are included for your arrival and departure days. If you book the hotel independently, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation. However, you can still contact BCD Travel, Lorena Aranibar (+591 774 89998) for assistance.
The dress code is elegant and formal. You can visit our "Dress Code" section for more details about the color palette, but in short, men are kindly asked to wear a suit and tie, and women a long dress or an elegant cocktail-style outfit. For women, the wedding will not take place directly on the sand, so any type of heel is fine—just make sure it is comfortable enough to dance all night.
There will be options available for vegetarians and for guests who are gluten intolerant, and you are very welcome to contact us directly if you have any specific dietary requirements, so these can be accommodated in advance
